Return Policy

At Resistance Dynamics we are committed to the highest level of customer care and stand behind our products 100%. Our goal is for each customer to be completely satisfied and we guarantee all parts and components of the MoveMor® Mobility Trainer to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards. We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. 


Any product defect
must be recorded within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a replacement unit or refund by notifying our Customer Care Team in writing at info@movemor.com. After 30 days, the product can no longer be returned. 


In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our Customer Care Team via email at
info@movemor.com within 30 days of purchase. We will do whatever it takes to ensure you are a happy and satisfied customer. 


All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. 


We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product. 


Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


All Replacement Tubing order sales are final and are not eligible for return. 


All refunds will be less shipping, freight and handling costs incurred in both directions. 


In order to qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in new condition. 
  • Items cannot be altered, soiled or damaged. 
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Submit a return request to info@movemor.com with your receipt, date of purchase and reason for return or exchange. 
  • In the headline insert: “Product Defect” or “Product Return.”
  • A Customer Care Team member will contact you within 3 business days. 
  • Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Any damage to product may be charged a 15% restocking fee. 


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If an order is canceled within 3 business days and has already shipped or an order refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt with your name, order number and purchase date. 
  • We will send you an email confirmation when you refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once it is received.

Manufacturer Defects

Resistance Dynamics accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise that carries manufacturer defects. Only products purchased directly from Resistance Dynamics/www.movemor.com can be returned for manufacturer defects. Resistance Dynamics is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after being received. For example:

  • Improper storage 
  • Damage from excessive amounts of heat or sunlight
  • Improper cleaning with harsh chemicals 



International Orders

Resistance Dynamics would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside the USA, however, please keep in mind that the customer is fully responsible for checking for all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to them directly if any should arise. 


It Resistance Dynamics is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned product, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.
