With over 35 years of experience as an exercise physiologist and registered dietitian, I proudly serve on the MedFit Network’s Educational Advisory Board and am the lead author of the Geriatric Fitness and Lifestyle Specialist course for medical fitness professionals. I’m passionate about helping others get back to living the life they love with more confidence.
My personal experience with chronic illness and injury fuels my deep motivation for guiding those with similar challenges with compassion, good humor and warmth.
